With minimum 10 year’s experience working on Honeywell DCS systems and PSM (Process Safety Manager). Hands on experience in implementing Honeywell projects preferably entire life cycle of the project from concept to commissioning. Should have knowledge on latest Honeywell systems and shall be able to supervise, advise, modify and ensure compliance to client standards for work done by vendors. Should be able to maintain and modify systems as per the requirements of the client. Should be able to prepare RFQ’s to issue for quotation to vendors, review P&ID’s, prepare Cause and effects, logic diagrams, IO list, database, graphics. Should be able to carry out technical review of quotations from vendors and send technical clarifications.

Sr Security Risk Analyst role will be on Projects (in the oil & gas upstream sectors) with different execution Stages ranging from FEED to EPC. Analyze Security Risk Assessment program for end-to-end of Project starting from Initial Feasibility studies till decommissioning phases of the Project. Support to establish security procedures and standards based on Company Policy and ensure that reviews of operational documentation is carried out at planned intervals to meet the security operational requirements. Conduct investigations of security related incidents, occurrences, or events in Libya & determine the work element and root causes of incidents which impact oil Fields Operations, and to assist in providing a solution to prevent recurrences.
